Everyone is a consumer of healthcare and desires access to high quality care, effective care.  Effective care is not isolated to the experiences of the patient, the medical professional or the hospital/organization.  It involves a collaborative approach to the doctor-patient relationship.  RESOURCE MD was created as an initiative to be that, a resource for individual patients, medical professionals and organizations providing care. It serves as an extension of what traditional medicine offers and the intended purpose is three-fold:

• To empower patients to have agency over their own health outcomes through lifestyle coaching, health literacy efforts, education and compassion with resulting ability to make informed decisions

• To empower physicians and medical professionals to believe in their worth and be the type of providers they want to be for their patients

​

• To support hospitals/organizations, who are burdened by the same healthcare crisis, so they can continue to provide their communities with high quality care
