A friendly in-person or virtual session to explore your goals and determine which service(s) best meet your needs 

  • 15 minutes - $0

Surgical consultation​

In-person appointment to review history and old records, discuss symptoms and treatment options.  Schedule procedure if appropriate. 

  • 45-60 minutes - $200

Follow-up for established problem (not requiring surgery)

In-person or virtual appointment to review progress with treatment and action plans and assess appropriate changes in treatment

  • 45 minutes - $150

  • 30 minutes - $100

Surgical Procedures 

Date and specifics of procedure TBD.  I have privileges at multiple trusted facilities around central Indiana.  

  • Prices vary depending on procedure and includes post-operative appointment
